Orders and Delivery

Delivery and vat costs are included within all our prices and there are no hidden extras. The majority of products are available in stock but should any product not be in stock we will notify you of the soonest delivery date. You can check stock availability on your chosen product by clicking here.

Once ordered you should receive your product within 3 working days if the item ordered is in stock. Most single item orders will be sent via Citylink Courriers and you will receive an order tracking number by email. This can be checked by visiting the Citylink website and clicking the track order link - click here. Order tracking numbers are not available for palletised deliveries.

It is important that you open and check the item on the day of delivery and any damage should be registered with us immediately.Please use the submission form detailed below under the heading Damaged deliveries and non-deliveries.

Returns

All goods must be checked for damage and we should be notified on the day of delivery. Should you wish to return the goods because of non suitability yet they remain undamaged, there will be a statutory 25% re-stocking fee incurred. All goods should be boxed in the original packaging in readiness for collection

Damaged deliveries and non-deliveries

In the rare instance that your goods arrive damaged, it is important that you notify us on the day of delivery. They should be boxed in the original packaging in readiness for collection and for delivery of the replacement. To report damaged products please fill in the submission form here and you will be notified of the new replacement and collection date. Please also use the form here report palletised ordered goods that have got no tracking facility and have not been delivered within three working days from order.
